Hello! Thank you for taking the time to view my website! My name is Eftihia Haralabidou and I am a passionate cookie creator from Mississauga, ON. 

 

At around the age of 15 I showed great interest in baking. I always loved watching my grandma make traditional Greek cookies called 'koulourakia' and many other homemade desserts.  Since then, I knew baking was my passion and wanted to pursue it in the future.

 

After completing high school, I attended Niagara College in Niagara-on-the-Lake for their Baking and Pastry Arts Program at the Canadian Food and Wine Institute. I was taught by amazing and talented bakers/patissiers, learnt amazing techniques and made some great friends.

 

After successfully completing the program at Niagara College, I decided that I would continue doing baking at home and specialize in cookies!

 

Now, here I am sharing the amazing creations that I can bake for you!
